Your data, kept minimal
We collect as little as possible, never sell it, and never share it with third parties for marketing.
Listing alerts
When you create an alert we store your email address, the criteria you chose (listing types, regions or countries, capacity and power-cost limits, frequency), the date you signed up and confirmed, and the country you signed up from (from our hosting network, used for statistics only).
We use this only to email you listings that match your criteria. Nothing is sent until you confirm by clicking the link in our confirmation email (double opt-in). Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To have your data deleted completely, message us on Telegram and we will erase it.
Anonymous site statistics
To understand which sites and regions people are interested in, we count page views, listing views, map clicks, filter use and clicks on contact buttons. We do not use cookies, and we do not store IP addresses. Each visit gets a random code that changes every day, so visits can be counted but no one can be followed across days or across other websites. We also record the country (from our hosting network), the device type (mobile or desktop) and the referring website.
Telegram broker desk (Max)
Our broker desk bot on Telegram (@CryptoMiningSitesBroker_bot) asks a few questions about your inquiry. Before any question is asked, you confirm that you are 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) and agree to the points below; the time of that confirmation is recorded with your inquiry.
We store your answers, your Telegram name, username and user ID, any messages or files you send to the bot, and the status of your inquiry (pending, verified or declined). We use them only to handle your inquiry. Your details are shared with a seller, landlord or hosting provider only with your permission, when you decide to go ahead with a specific site. Inquiries are kept for up to 180 days. To delete yours sooner, send /delete to the bot: it erases your inquiry data immediately and confirms.
What "verified" means: our desk has reviewed your inquiry and found it complete and genuine enough to act on. It is not an endorsement, guarantee or valuation of any site, party or price, and nothing we send is investment, legal or tax advice. Listing details are indicative and must be confirmed in your own due diligence.
Broker desk inquiry form
If you send an inquiry through our broker desk page, we store what you enter (your name, email, optional Telegram handle or phone, and the details of your request or site) in our inbox, together with the time you sent it. Before sending, you confirm you are 18 or older. We use it only to answer your inquiry and, if you ask us to, to match you with a site, buyer, landlord or hosting provider. Your details go to another party only with your permission. Inquiries are kept for up to 180 days after our last exchange; email us to delete yours sooner. To stop automated abuse we briefly keep a scrambled code of your connection (not your IP address) for one hour.
Contacting us
If you message us on Telegram or WhatsApp, those services handle your messages under their own privacy terms. We use what you send only to answer your inquiry.
Where data is stored
The website, alert list and statistics run on Cloudflare's network, which processes the data on our behalf.
